However, if the product does not meet or fit your expectations or arrives damaged, you can initiate the return/exchange process via our dedicated return portal within 30 days starting from the date of delivery.


Before initiating a return, ensure that the product is unwearable with all the tags attached. Our custom team will check the item or products before approving it. ( If any kind of damages occur by the customer, used products will not be entertained for the refund)


If you find any dissimilarity, defect, or damage that may be caused in transit, please let us know within 3 days so we can resolve the situation. We can’t offer a resolution if the customer fails to information within the given period. You have to tell us about any queries and objections that you have about your orders but you have to return them in the duration of the exchange policy.

For Incorrect Sizes:

Make a request to the customer service team for a size change within 3 days of receiving your ordered products.

Email us a few images of the jackets within three days, if the size is not as per your ordered size, and you will get an exchange for your items. (Conditions Applied)

No product, color, or measurement changes after 24 hours of your order placement but if you have any problem you have to tell us in an exchange time durations.

Order Cancellation :

Canceling Within 3 days of your order confirmation will result in a direct/flat deduction of 25% from your purchasing product amount.

However, if canceling the order within a week or 7 days of order confirmation, there will be a 45% deduction from the ordered item amount.

No one cancels their order, after 7 days of your order confirmation. These terms are mentioned in our policies and at the time of order placement we tell our customers if you cancel their order you have to cancel it in 7 days or a week.

Duty and Taxes:

If there are any duties and Taxes to the customer’s location then the customer has to work with the customer to pay the duty and taxes or any other charges related to this.

Damage Products:

In the case of product damage at the time of shipment, email us send a few images of the product describing the damage, within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Delay in Delivery:

If the delay in delivery exceeds 30- working days from the period of order confirmation, customer confirmation, and payment gateway confirmation. Refunds may be carried out.

If by express shipment the consignment did not arrive within 06 working days after shipping, you may ask us for an order tracking code. If we cannot prove that the consignment was dispatched to you, we will initiate a full refund including the shipment charges.

Credit Card Purchase:

If the Item is purchased by Credit card and do not want to proceed please email within 48 hours of placing the order.

If the Customer wants to cancel or refund the order at a time after placing the order then there will be $10 Surcharges.

If someone places an order without your permission, then the customer (either the purchaser or credit card owners can cancel the order item within 48 hours. (Once the order is delivered to the mentioned address and the credit card holder is refunded to take it, then it is a cardholder and customer issue that they have to resolve by themselves. The company did nothing in this type of issue. Furthermore, if they want to return they have to return it within the 30-day return policy.

Restocking Fee
